And is there anyway to detox the body sooner?

    I am not sure how you could detox your bod sooner if you find pls e-mail me. However it takes up to 7yrs for your body to recover and heal abit. Long time hey. i should stop smoking:(

    A couple hours is all. This is what causes cigarette cravings. It’s called withdrawal.

    The bad chemicals have entered over a period of time, and to remove it will take some time.
    U will have to breathe properly – Deep breathing.
    ur ealing should have anti oxidants
    and u should raw vegetable whereever possible.

    these are some of the medication. In addition u can do exercise which will sweat u out and give deep breathing effect.
